Welcome to No Worries Real Estate Photography. By accessing or using our website, services, or content in any form, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
No Worries Real Estate Photography (we, our, us) provides professional real estate media services, including but not limited to photography, drone imaging, virtual tours, floor plans, video content, and image editing.
2. Usage Rights
All photos, videos, and digital content delivered are licensed to the client (e.g., real estate agent, broker, property manager) for marketing and promotional use only for the duration of the listing. Content may not be resold, transferred, or reused for other listings or purposes without written consent.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional fees. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of any media until full payment is received.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. Weather-related reschedules are accommodated at no additional charge.
5. Property Condition
Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is photo-ready at the scheduled shoot time. We are not responsible for cleaning, staging, or moving items. Additional charges may apply for excessive delays or waiting time.
6. Drone & FAA Compliance
Drone services are conducted in compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations. In the event that a location is restricted due to airspace, weather, or safety concerns, drone photography may be rescheduled or refunded if not possible.
7. Liability
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries occurring during the photography session on the property. Clients are responsible for informing homeowners or occupants and securing access to the property.
8. Revisions & Satisfaction
We strive for satisfaction with every shoot. Reasonable revisions or corrections are included; however, significant reshoots due to client error or miscommunication may incur additional fees.
9. Intellectual Property
All content remains the intellectual property of No Worries Real Estate Photography until full payment is received. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
